A great question I get asked frequently is: "How much is my home worth?" but a lot of people really want to know "How much equity do I have?"

The terms "worth" and "value" is what is determined based on the current market. Equity is how much stored savings you have in your home, along with your debt(s) against the property like a mortgage. Once these factors are determined, I can provide you with a specialized report called a PEAR. I can provide you with a PEAR report (Professional Equity Assessment Report) at no cost, so you can see how much equity you can cash in on if you were to sell your home today.
